For a problem with a booking, open the booking and tap Report a problem. It reaches us with the details already attached.

For customers

• How do I get something done? Tap “Need something done?” on Discover, describe the job, choose when and optionally a budget. It goes privately to on-duty providers near you.
• How do I pay? You pay the provider directly when the job is done. BizBook never charges customers.
• Can I book a set time? Yes. Open a provider’s storefront, tap Book, choose a service, date and time.
• What if something goes wrong? Use Report a problem on the booking before confirming it’s done.
• Why can’t I see phone numbers? Contact details are hidden so every job stays protected by BizBook. Chat in the app instead.

For providers

• How do I get jobs? Stay on duty, keep your storefront complete with prices and hours, and respond quickly to job offers.
• What does BizBook cost? A fee per job secured: 10% of the job value plus 15 credits per R1 000. You pay it with credits from Wallet. Customers pay you the full job amount.
• How do I top up? Profile → Dashboard → Credits, or Wallet in the menu. Pay by card through Yoco.
• Why were my job offers paused? Three cancellations in 30 days pause offers for 7 days. If you think it’s wrong, contact us.
• How do I get the Registered business badge? Add your CIPC number in Settings → Business details. We check it and switch the badge on.

Staying safe

• Keep chats and bookings in BizBook so you’re protected by reviews and dispute help.
• Check a provider’s reviews and badge before booking.
• Never share sign-in codes. BizBook will never ask you for one.
• If you ever feel unsafe, leave and contact the police on 10111, then report it to us.
